My husband, Steve, and I want you to know what extraordinary assistance we received from Mike Taggart, who recently served as our realtor for our home purchase at 1516 Goodwood Dr. We lived in Utah and were in a panic because every time we would find a house we liked, it would sell before we could arrange to come look at it. Therefore, we decided that we would purchase a house sight unseen if it appeared to be the right one, which we did. That meant we were in Mike Taggart’s hands to guide us and that is exactly what he did. He took extra pictures, visited the house several times, talked with us constantly, walked us through the contract and kept on top of all those pre-closing issues such as inspections, homeowners insurance, survey etc. He also had fantastic suggestions of local businesses who helped us with the minor repairs we needed. He did not rest until we were well settled and he came by to actually meet us. (I knew Mike as a childhood friend, but had not seen him in over 50 years. My husband and daughter had never met him.)
We cannot sing his praises enough. If we could have designed the realtor we needed for this purchase and move, it would have been Mike. What could have been a long distance disaster was made into a smooth transition, thanks to him and all his hard work.
