Lee Snowden

Lee Snowden renewed our faith in realtors as good people! He was honest and upfront every step of the way. He even spent hours cutting in our front walk way and edging our yard before the house went live. He was a pleasure to work with and I have since recommended him to multiple people and will continue to do so.

Over a year ago my husband and I walked into Armor Realty and met Lee Snowden for the first time and we are so glad that we did! Over the next year we would have the pleasure of working with Lee as he helped us sell two homes and buy one. We could not have asked for a more caring, competent and dedicated realtor. 

My 85-year-old mother could no longer live alone so had to sell her house. He was amazingly patient with her as she was unsure about what she was doing and had a tough time with showings. He explained things as often as needed, answered her questions and gave her the confidence she needed to do what had to be done.

Then she moved in with us temporarily as we looked for a house better suited for the three of us. Lee found us the perfect place and helped us through all the red-tape with ease. Once we had moved in to the new home, we then had to sell our old one. Lee gave us sound advice on what to do to prepare for showings. We had 3 showings and just after a few days on the market and one of the first ones made us and offer. Even though it took us another couple months to close due to buyer issues, Lee stayed dedicated to our dealings and made sure we knew what was going on.

It is in my distinct pleasure to tell you what an amazing realtor Lee Snowden is. I first met lee in 03/21 when we were living in Jupiter and wanted to move to Tallahassee. We already had a prospective buyer for that home so timing was critical.

Lee made himself entirely available to us and he really listened to what we were looking for in a home. Because lee was so keenly turned into our needs, we found a home almost immediately and fell in love both with the home and the community, Killearn acres.

During this process and with much care, lee served as a guardian to ensure that our interests were always protected. With much precision, he arranged and managed the numbered and varied inspections and other criticalities and was always one step ahead!

As you know, buying a home and making a big move can be a stressful and worrisome time. Not only were we moving a great distance, we were also transitioning into my husband’s retirement and were dissolving a business that we operated for 22 years; we were pulling up stakes and selling our interests and for me relocating to a new agency for employment. We were juggling a myriad of weighty concerns and where lee and our new home were concerned, I never worried about a single facet.

Buying and selling a home reveals entire clockwork of moving parts and potential pitfalls. Lee was truly an expert in managing all the many gears, levers and ratchets. I never had a single concern and everything ran like a Swiss timepiece.

I hope you will recognize, or be reminded (as I’m sure you already know) that Lee is exemplary! He knows his area, his market, the business, and the financial details. He is motivated, highly efficient and is keenly anticipatory. What fine attributes for someone to possess in your profession!
