Ken Franklin
In 1979, Ken sold his real estate brokerage franchise [Century 21] in order to relocate to Tallahassee, Florida. He has held real estate licenses [Broker] in Illinois prior to moving to Florida, whereupon he obtained his Florida real estate sales associate license. His background experiences include both Residential and Commercial services, as well as a faculty member at the community college level (Illinois) as well as teaching real estate core at Florida State University.
On the Residential side, Ken’s primary focus has been working with Sellers in Probate and liquidation of estates and dissolvent of property assets. His wealth of experience in working with Buyers also continues to serve those seeking quality properties has been a great valuable service that many have enjoyed. He holds the National Association of Realtors – GRI [Graduate Realtors Institute] designation.
Ken continues to serve as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant, advising investors and interested parties on value, property management oversight, services and representing a professional overview on commercial real property. He is a graduate of Institute of Shopping Center Management as well as numerous CCIM courses.
