I was a first time home buyer and my husband was not. Because we had the experience of homeownership in his home for many years we knew exactly what we were looking for, however, me being new to homebuying processes, I needed some guidance. This is how our experience with Gerrie went: When we were all set to shop for homes, we called Gerrie. We explained to her exactly what we were looking for and where we wanted to look. Within hours, she sent us homes to preview and select which ones we wanted to tour. The very next day we were touring homes and stepped foot into the home we were dreaming of. I was extremely impressed at how well she was able to gauge our needs and wants, which made finding the perfect home quick and easy! Having Gerrie to guide us, the next steps to homeownership were a breeze, despite me being brand new to the process. When I had questions, she responded quick and thoroughly. Gerrie’s knowledge, dedication, and diligence made it seem like we hardly had to do anything at all. I am so thankful to Gerrie that today I am writing this review from the very home we fell love with. OUR home!
