Ann has been a licensed Realtor for 37 years, and has served as past president of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, and district vice president of the Florida Association of Realtors. Ann carries the Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Home Marketing Specialist designations. In addition to her Realtor organization activities, she was appointed by the Governor to the State of Florida Affordable Housing Study Commission to serve for two terms, and appointed by the mayor to serve on the Municipal Code Enforcement Board of which she was chairman for two years. Ann has also served on many community activity boards. Her interests are traveling, concerts, theatre, reading, cooking and gardening. She is a also FSU Alumni.
