Bio:

Miriam moved to Tallahassee from Charlotte, North Carolina in 1982 to attend graduate school at Florida State University. She fell in love with Tallahassee’s beautiful canopy roads, mild weather, breathtaking spring colors, majestic live oak trees and friendly people. Making Tallahassee her new home, Miriam married in 1984 and, with her husband, raised two children in this community. Miriam’s career has included serving as the Assistant Dean of Students and Panhellenic Advisor at Florida State University and coordinating a grant funded peer education program at Tallahassee Community College. She has volunteered with several organizations including homeowners associations, her children’s schools and soccer teams, girl scouts and various non profit programs. The Tallahassee community is very important to Miriam and she wants to share her knowledge of this beautiful city with you!
